Ogden 2 bd Perfect Location

The main floor unit is located in central Ogden so close to everything from groceries, downtown, medical, gas whatever you need just blocks away. The owner is super nice and keeps in touch for whatever you may need. The backyard was huge for a dog to enjoy and the patio is there for bbq or just relaxing. Arriving the place was spotless and had everything needed for our stay. Recommend the property and landlord 5 stars!

Location, Location, Location

This unit is within walking distance of the 22nd Trailhead. Everything was better than advertised. All new appliances, down comforters, etc.. I felt like I was staying at an AirBnB instead of renting. The landlord, Tyler, is super responsive and helpful. The fenced in backyard is a huge plus if you have a dog. I couldn't have been happier with my decision to rent this unit.

Fantastic Flat, Great Location!

I stayed at Tyler’s from for 4 months while starting a new job in Ogden and deciding where in the city I’d like to live. Absolutely adored his flat-it was very cute and clean with the most comfortable towels and linens I’ve had in a furnished finder stay. Tyler was a dream to work with and immediately took care of any questions or concerns I had. Loved the location, so close to the 22nd st trailhead!! Would absolutely stay here again, but Tyler’s flat made me love Ogden so much I ended up buying a house-would recommend his place to everyone!

Good location

Tyler's place is in a nice location close to the base of the mountain with easy access to trails. It is quant and cozy; however, the landlord does not communicate well. I was here for 6 months and during that time I had several issues that went unaddressed. The front door keypad started having issues and at times would not open. I messaged the landlord and did not hear back for a month. I ended up changing the batteries which helped for a short time. I also told the landlord I was smelling gas in the apartment and asked him to contact the gas company. I am unsure if he ever did, but I never saw anyone come by. The heater also broke at one point and I was not informed. I was later told by the downstairs neighbor that the landlord and the heater guy tried to come into my apartment (without asking me), but the door was locked. The upstairs gets quite cold with no thermostat access, and although he supplies space heaters which help, they often trip the breaker and are a fire hazard.

Excellent Stay

I stayed here for 4 months (04/01/2025 - 08/01/2025) and had a fantastic experience. It was clean, nicely decorated, and functionally equipped for a comfortable long term stay. The location was wonderful - being right near pineview reservoir, Snowbasin, downtown 25th street, El Monte golf course, and more. The rooms were nicely furnished, and the beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The yard and deck space were a great bonus for grilling and hanging out during the summer evenings as well. The only thing to note are that if you're tall (I'd say >6'2") you do have to watch your head going down the stairs into the unit (a mistake I only made once). After a couple of days I got used to it. Tyler was a great land lord and was able to quickly work with me for some small maintenance fixes during my stay. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a nice place to stay in Ogden

Fantastic place!

My husband and I stayed here from around Sept to Dec and enjoyed every minute of it! It’s located it a really awesome place, super close to downtown Ogden and lots of trails! It’s a corner house with a huge backyard. Our pup was super happy to call this place home for a little while. We unfortunately did have the heat go out on us but thankfully Tyler was real quick to get it fixed. We also throughly enjoyed the upstairs tenant and formed a friendship so we were all able to enjoy the backyard and hung out around the fire a couple times! The king bed is SUPER comfy & easily adjustable if you want it softer, or more firm! If you’re on the fence go ahead and reserve this one, you won’t be sorry!

amazing spot to rent near the mountains/Snowbasin

I gotta say this was one of the better places I've rented in recent years being a snowbum out west. It's about 20 minutes flat to the chairlifts at Snowbasin, and is a short walk to the best biking and hiking trails in Ogden. I stayed here for almost 6 months. The unit itself is recently renovated and everything feels new, very comfortable bed, kitchen has everything you need and also washer + dryer. Yes it's a basement suite, but it didn't feel like it at all with the large windows and location, there is plenty of sunlight. I've stayed in basement suites before that felt like an actual basement, this did not. If you work from home, the wifi is blazing fast. Also Tyler is an awesome landlord, very responsive to anything you need and overall a great guy. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially those looking to ski or snowboard or be walking distance to some amazing trails.

Do Not Recommend

Do not recommend. The unit is advertised as having heat and A/C but there is no thermostat in the unit so you can't control the temperature. The yard is unkempt to the point where you cant have a dog or child enjoy the space. Utilities were included, yet we had to notify the landlord of an impending notice of water shut off we got on the door because he had fallen behind on payment. The landlord advertises a 30 day minimum stay but required us to sign a 6 month lease, with a termination penalty equal to two months rent + $500, after vacating. When safety concerns were brought up with an aggressive tenant on property, the landlord said he personally didn't feel the same way, and allowed the aggressive tenant to stay through his lease term. I would stay away from any and all properties from this landlord and his company, Bully Investments.
