Two adjacent rooms. One salon with a red chaise lounge, 2 red comfortable chairs and a small table TV, book case. This room is used as a private living room . Adjacent to this is a large bedroom with a white desk and chair, queen bed, large mirror, book shelves, closet and air conditioning. Both rooms have large windows/doors to access the expansive terrace.

This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, 1,400 sf house in the quiet, upscale and desirable neighborhood of Maui Meadows on the sunny and dry south side of Maui. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A separate cottage with another female tenant is on property. There is a small yard and a large 450 square-foot Terrace allowing 180 of sweeping ocean views. Magical sunsets are included.

The perfect house and host on Maui
I am so fortunate that I was able to stay here for 4 months! Arabelle is just such a genuine and generous person, I am blessed to have met her and to be able to call her my friend! The space was perfect for me, plenty of room and everything you need, while offering all the privacy one might desire. You can't beat the gorgeous views of the ocean, mountains, Molokini, and the sunset. Plus, she has a car you can rent. 100% recommend!!

Absolutely the best!
I stayed at Arabelle's place in January for 1 month, and I have to say that this was the best Furnished Finder/Airbnb stay I've ever had. First and foremost, Arabelle is incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. She made my stay at her home and my overall experience on Maui truly exceptional. The house is located over the hill in a cute neighborhood, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. You can see the endless ocean and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. The room and bathroom were spotless, and you'll have a great sense of privacy because the guest space is separated from the main house by another door. The room was spacious and the home is equipped with everything you might need (Wi-Fi, kitchen supplies, laundry, and AC). You do need a car because of the house's location, but that's generally true for getting around Maui anyway. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I would absolutely stay at Arabelle's place again the next time I visit Maui.
