Corporate Landlord is bad news
Tried to finalize rental of the property and the Corporate Landlord was not willing to modify the contract to not have construction or to not have the property listed for sale while we rented it. We have rented mulit Funish Finder properties over the last 9 months and have never had a landlord not willing to edit a contract.
