Perfect for my long stay!

I lived in Larry's apartment for 4 months and it was exactly what I needed! I was studying at SMU and the location was great. I didn't have a car so staying close to campus was really important to me. I used an electric scooter, and would get to campus in under 10min. The apt is perfect for 1-2 people, and Larry was always very responsive, and helpful whenever I needed something. But you still have your complete privacy, and if you don't need anything you will barely interact with him, as you will have your own entrance to the apt through the back of the house. You have a grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants near by while still being in a neighborhood. There is also a nice park walking distance and I loved walking there in the afternoon or on the weekends. Couldn't recommend more!

Great place to stay!

I had a great time staying at this property. Very safe and quiet neighborhood that I enjoyed going for runs and walks around. There's lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the landlord was always very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
