Cozy, Clean & Peaceful Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Charles's place in San Marcos. The place was very clean, comfortable, and located in a very quiet area. Charles was extremely accommodating, personable, and easy to deal with. He checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and was always helpful. He also gave me some great suggestions for places nearby to walk and explore. I had a great experience and really enjoyed my stay. If I get another contract in the area, I would definitely stay here again if it's available. I highly recommend Charles's place!

Quiet Retreat

This place was a little slice of home away from home. Charles was great when I needed him and never bothered me when I didn't. The connecting neighbors are kind and super welcoming. The apartment had just about everything that I needed and it's in a great location. The price of the rent is also unmatched! I only moved out so I could be closer to work but I do miss it already.

I had enjoyed staying at this property the owner and his family has a way of making you feel at home even though your not the location is safe and secure as well on my next assignment I will rent this place again
