My review

I stayed here for 4 months while I was in between places, and it ended up being a great experience. Austin, the landlord, was extremely nice and easy to work with the entire time. The townhome was always very clean and he let me use the garage to store some of my belongings. Since I travel for work I was hesitant to get an apartment in CLT so this was a great spot and liked how Austin made me feel right at home.

Stay Review

My stay was great! I spent the summer in Charlotte for an internship. The place is modern and well-kept. It has a full kitchen, rooftop sitting area, and living space. It's conveniently located, a short walk to Uptown, and directly next to a Gold Line streetcar stop. Austin is great; he encourages you to make yourself feel at home. He's super easy to get along with. All around great experience!

Phenomenal Place to Rent in Charlotte

I am a medical student that spent a month in Charlotte for an away rotation and I stayed at this location. Not only was it in a prime location to have easy commutes into downtown Charlotte, it is also hosted by an excellent landlord in Austin. He made me feel welcome the moment I set foot in his home. My room was clean and well furnished with plenty of room for all my belongings. I also had my own private bathroom which was extremely convenient. The entire home is extremely well kept, and Austin encourages you to treat it as your own home. My entire experience in this location was phenomenal and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Charlotte.
