Perfect Stay

5 stars isnt enough for this property and its owners! I did a 6 month stay and was honestly sad to leave. The location is great and being near the i5 makes Seattle just that more accessible to you. The property itself is very modern and you can tell its well taken care of. On arrival the house was stocked with all those little things you dont think about while moving (toilet paper, detergent, shampoo, etc). Then on top of that Jake and Meghan frequently checked in just to see if we needed anything. If youre thinking about renting heretrust me you wont be disappointed! Its well worth it and will probably make you fall in love with Seattle even more.

best stay ever

This is my favorite property I've stayed at as a travel nurse! Jake and Meghan were so thoughtful and had everything stocked for us upon arrival (soaps, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.). The house was decorated and put together so nicely and it had both AC and heat, making the stay so comfortable. Jake and Meghan were super responsive to any questions we did have, not that there were many. They left us a guide with recommendations of where to eat and what activities to do while in seattle, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. The location of the unit is so nice. About 5 minutes away from greenlake and 15 away from the pediatric hospital. The street was quiet and it was always easy to find parking. I also felt safe walking my dog at night, and passed lots of other people doing the same thing. I loved this stay and recommend it to anyone moving to seattle! 10/10!!

I would rate this property and renting from Jake and Meghan 100/10 if I could. They were so friendly and accommodating. Jake & Meghan were always prompt with responding, even when it was Seattle related and not even a need for the property. My roommate and I were coming from the east coast to Seattle for the first time, on top of the property being 10/10, everything we could have asked for, they provided us with the best recommendations and helped us fall in love with the PNW! The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and cozy. The location is perfect for catching a near by bus and the link is only 1 mile away. Very easy walk to Greenlake with a beautiful trail for walking, running, and biking. Knowing you have a good landlord to go with the perfect furnished home is what makes the experience great. 100/10 would recommend this home and renting from Jake & Meghan!

AMAZING STAY!

100000/10 stay!!! Jake and Meghan are AMAZING hosts! I stayed in their home for a 3 month travel nurse contract. They provided everything I needed, and more!!They are very responsive and checked in on me occasionally, asking if the I needed anything. I felt very comfortable and at home here, having the rooftop with the patio furniture was a major plus. My roommate and I would also grill on the Blackstone, which was great to have!! Their home is truly amazing and you should experience a stay here! Bus stop 1.5 block away. The Light rail is a 15-20 min walk (1 mile). Scooters/ bikes are always available around! Jake and Meghan are the best and provide a list of recommendations to EVERYTHING in the area and around!
