Outstanding Stay Near MUSC

I had a fantastic six-month stay here working as a research fellow at MUSC. The apartment is newly renovated, private, quiet, and filled with natural light, making it a great space to come home to after a long day. The location is hard to beat, with easy access to downtown Charleston and only about a five-minute commute to MUSC. There are also coffee shops, bars, and excellent restaurants within walking distance in Avondale. It was the perfect setup for me. Laura and Billy were outstanding hosts throughout my stay. They were responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The apartment, the location, and the hosts all exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Charleston, especially those completing a rotation, residency, fellowship, or other assignment at MUSC. Thank you, Laura and Billy, for helping make my time in Charleston so enjoyable.

LOVE!!

Ive been renting from Laura for 4 months now and I absolutely love the place! Everything is brand new, closet space in the bathroom as well as the wardrobe, nice to have full kitchen separate from sleeping area. Bathroom is spacious & new with beautiful tile & a little cutout for shaving is added bonus. Very private spot but have also enjoyed my few interactions with Laura who is incredibly kind and always smiling. Would definitely rent again!
