Great clean separated basement
I had stayed here for 4 months and could not say enough good things. The landlord is helpful and accessible whenever I needed her and she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. Its a private entrance basement with two rooms and closets. The kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances were new. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed and nice size dresser. The bathroom had smaller counter space but I made do with no issues. The landlord is quiet during the day if you work night shift so the noise isnt an issue. The street is super safe and so charming and Wallingford is adorable. Its about at 16-20 min drive to Yale New Haven. I would stay here again if I came back to this area.

Great Stay!
Over the spring I did a month stay at this property! Great private entrance, side parking, and located in a safe neighborhood with privacy! Restaurants within minutes, grocery, gas, and highway! Spacious and clean living space, I would highly recommend! Thank you to Heike for providing such a wonderful stay!

I enjoyed my stay in this sun-filled apartment! The layout is so spacious with separate living and dining areas, plus an office that was perfect for working from home. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped, making it easy to cook. Having in-unit laundry and off-street parking was a huge convenience. The space was clean, cozy, and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, move-in-ready home!

Perfect stay in Wallingford
I recently stayed for a little less than 2 months in a wonderful split-level home in Wallingford, CT, and it exceeded my expectations. The property with private entrance and a spacious living area, was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The two rooms and large living room offered plenty of space and comfort, making it feel like a true home. Heike was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the stay. Parking was never a problem and the located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood was perfect, with places to walk and all everything we needed (groceries, food) were close by. The thoughtful amenities were provided - for cleaning, kitchen and bathroom. It's a wonderful experience and don't hesitate if you are in the area.
