The best part of this property is its location. I live in the same building and I seldom use a car because its a quick walk or bus ride to most anything - work, play, groceries/pharmacy. It is also a secure, safe building. With only 3 floors so it still feels like community. Your first floor studio has vaulted ceilings and a large patio.

I spent about 6 months in this unit and it was perfect. Its clean and in a newer building with everything that you need. The location is just a short walk from everything in Capitol Hill but quieter than living in the middle of all the bars and restaurants. Theres a patio that would be great to enjoy during the summer months. Anne is a great landlord and was incredibly easy to communicate with. She made sure I was always comfortable in her unit. I would absolutely recommend renting here.
