Condo in Seattle, Washington
Landlord Tenure: 1 year, 11 months
The best part of this property is its location. It's a quick walk or bus ride to most anything - work, play(music venues, pubs, arts, restaurants, groceries/pharmacy, parks, trails, etc. But also a secure, safe, relatively quiet building & neighborhood. With only 3 floors so it still feels like community. Your first floor studio has vaulted ceilings and a large patio extends the space.
Ask about stays < than 1 month. Modern CLEAN studio in a beautiful building. Vaulted ceilings, concrete floor, tiled bath, Sliding glass door to patio nicely extends the space.
W/D in unit. comfortable queen size MurphyBed + pull-out sofa bed, kitchenette w/ single burner and a Ninja countertop convection oven/airfryer/toaster (can bake salmon and cookies), full size fridge/freezer, microwave & Bullet Blender.

Multiple bus lines within 2 blocks & Light Rail train only 1/2 mile away for easy access to & from airport, downtown hospitals, or stadiums. Studio is within 2 miles or less of most Seattle hospitals + Amazon, Microsoft bus,UW, and Downtown. Childrens' is a 15 min dr...
Excellent!
Very comfortable and reasonably priced studio with a very kind landlord next door who is very attentive to any needs yet not intrusive in any way. Would highly recommend for one or two people used to living closely. Location is fabulous, felt secure and generally a very nice building to call home for a minute or a year. We took advantage of the parking as an add on - if you have a car highly recommend as Seattle parking can be brutal. We were a couple - would happily return.
Wish I could stay longer
I lived in Seattle the entire past year and ended up here for my final three months of my work contract. Unfortunate that I didn't find it sooner because I would have stayed the entire year. Super tall ceilings so it made the entire place feel huge. Bathroom space was huge. Great shower. Lots of storage space. The neighborhood is a short walk from a wide variety of shops/restaurants. Three grocery stores in walking distance (Safeway, Trader Joe's, Co Op). Anne offers a parking space for an additional fee and it's WORTH IT if you have a car. Otherwise, there's bus routes everywhere. Nice TV with Apple TV available. The patio space is nice and spacious but I never used it. Big refrigerator Great communication with Anne. If I ever find myself working in Seattle again, this would be my go-to rental
Perfect Space
This was a perfect space-- clean, comfortable, modern, and offering easy access to downtown and essential amenities. The host was gracious and helpful.
Great studio in a great area
I spent about 6 months in this unit and it was perfect. Its clean and in a newer building with everything that you need. The location is just a short walk from everything in Capitol Hill but quieter than living in the middle of all the bars and restaurants. Theres a patio that would be great to enjoy during the summer months. Anne is a great landlord and was incredibly easy to communicate with. She made sure I was always comfortable in her unit. I would absolutely recommend renting here.
