Beautiful and Comforting Space

As a student of CSULB that lived in this back house for a time, I would say that it was a perfect space to come home to after a long day of school. It was generally quiet, and the garden view from the kitchen and dining room window was beautiful. The living room was a comfortable place to be if you felt the need to be out of your bedroom, and the kitchen had all of the amenities I needed. It was a short drive to the university, grocery stores, gas stations, and hospitals (should you need it). The landlords who live in the front house are nothing but kind and generous, especially to students who could not make the housing at the university. If you are looking for a long term stay in Long Beach for a job, education, or family reasons, this is the place for you.

Amazing find!

My stay here was wonderful! The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. The location is really great, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. The home itself was very clean and cozy. I really didnt want to leave! Its spacious, has natural lighting, and the AC worked great. Beautiful place and kind hosts. I look forward to staying here again whenever Im back in Long Beach.

Tasteful Charm

In much need of a mini-getaway I was lucky to find this charming cottage. The house is tastefully furnished and felt like home away from home. The beds are comfortable and the sitting area is great for watching TV or reading a book. The front door opens up to a beautiful garden which was very relaxing. This is a great location and is close to coffee shops and restaurants. There are many things to see and do in Long Beach which makes this a perfect spot for immersing oneself in the So Cal lifestyle. The beach is a 15 minute walk with many beautiful, charming and interesting homes to look at on the way. The hosts of this property are responsive and a delight to deal with. Should I ever need an extended stay I hope this place is available for booking.

Clean and quietI

I stayed here for almost a week with my good friend. It's a very clean property and super quiet. One of the nice things about it is how easy it is to get to CSULB, the beach, coffee shops and places to eat. Also, super convenient location for cycling as we brought our bikes with us. The owners live on the property and were thoughtful about leaving coffee, seasonings and iced cold water ready for our arrival! They told us about their favorite coffee shops - Coffee Drunk was the best!
