Allen and Jason were both so welcoming and hospital for my 6 month stay with them! They were very communicative and accomidating anytime I needed anything and were so thoughtful (they surprised me with ice cream from their favorite local place!). The apartment is well-equpied kitchen wise and has plenty of space for storage despite the smaller square footage. It's also only a 10-15 minute walk away from downtown Salem which is something that can't be beat! Honestly the best deal I've ever found on furnished finder and I would defintely choose to stay here again over anywhere else if I ever find myself back in the area. The best place I have ever found on Furnished Finder thanks to Allen's hospitality and kindness, I miss having him as a landlord already!

A True Home Away from Home in Salem

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Allens place when we first moved to Massachusetts, and I can honestly say we couldnt have asked for a better landlord or a more welcoming introduction to the area. From the very beginning, Allen was incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and settled in. The apartment is in an ideal location, just a short 10-15 minute walk to downtown Salem, where we enjoyed exploring the rich history, charming shops, and all the fascinating sites that make this town so unique. Plus, its only a quick drive to some truly beautiful beaches, which made for perfect weekend escapes. We also had the pleasure of getting to know his cat, Abby, who is without a doubt the sweetest and most adorable cat we've ever met. Allen made our transition to life in Massachusetts feel smooth and genuinely special. Were so grateful to have started our journey here in such good hands.

Incredible Hospitality and a Perfect Location

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Allens place when we first moved to MA, and we couldnt have asked for a better landlord. Allen was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, it is just a 1015 minute walk to downtown & a quick 69 minute drive to several stunning beaches. Allen is genuinely one of the kindest people weve ever met. Even when we got a bit loud at times, he never once complained, he was always understanding. Living there felt less like renting and more like staying with family. We also had the joy of meeting his sweet and cutest cat ever Abby! As a thoughtful gesture, Allen even reduced our rent substantially during our final month and was flexible with our payment dates, which helped us tremendously when we went for a trip. Were so grateful for the hospitality, warmth, and generosity Allen showed us. We really were in the best hands possible at Allen's.

Perfect Salem Oasis

Allen and Jason have been the most amazing landlords for my stay in Salem! They gave me the chance to stay in their own place as a first time traveler with no Furnished Finder experience, international and accepted my two big dogs in a heartbeat. This is one example of lots to explain how wonderful they have been to me. Moving to a new country, by yourself has been an incredible challenge and I honestly know it would not have been this great without their support. They were extremely considerate of my needs and were always making sure I was comfortable. The parking situation is great as well, I knew my car was safe hidden behind the house just in front of the apartment door. Also, living this close to the historic center of Salem has been amazing, lots of walks just observing the gorgeous historic houses and learning more about the area. The localization of the apartment was not only great for the historic aspect, but as a healthcare professional working at Salem Hospital and living this close was simply perfect. I never had to take my car to work as it was only a 10 minutes walk and not even two streets. If I one day come back in the area, I would come back to live at Allen and Jason's place without doubt and I cannot see how anyone else could regret it.
