An incredible cottage, perfect location
I am absolutely in love with the " Cozy Cottage Near the Riverwalk". It's the perfect setup for someone looking for temporary housing while working a 2-3 month contract in a city/state not near your home base. The house is super clean, the setup is perfect, just the right amount of furniture and the mattress was "so comfortable". The house is centrally located to "everything", your less than 5 minutes from: H-E-B, Walmart, Peterson Hospital, Downtown Kerrville, several pharmacies and let's not forget the Guadalupe River and the fantastic River Trail. Several Restaurants and various wine/beer establishments all close by, plus if you want to venture out, you're about 25 minutes from Fredericksburg, and about 30-45 minutes away from San Antonio and/or the Rim (where's there's even more to do). You couldn't ask for a better host, they go above and beyond and they do it with a smile and a full heart. I Highly recommend this place. Regards, Karen
