Perfect place for our family of 5!
You can tell a major difference when a landlord wants to make your stay great vs when they're trying to extract every bit of profit out of their rental property. Ken is definitely the former! The house was very well appointed, which made our stay very comfortable. My wife loved the fully stocked kitchen, I loved the blackout curtains, and the kids loved the welcome basket with thoughtful toys that Ken provided. The location was great! The neighbors were kind. The beds were comfortable. The house was big enough that we could host family when they came in town for Christmas and some friends that got stranded in Orlando for two nights when their flight back to Europe got cancelled. We spent lots of time enjoying the backyard. There was a couple of plumbing issues that happened during our two-month stay, but Ken was very responsive and proactive when they happened, so they didn't affect our stay very much. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!
