Tanisha, the landlord was EXTREMELY responsive and addressed any issues quickly, always prioritizing my comfort. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of storage which made it easy to settle in. The kitchen was definitely a highlight, if youre someone like me who loves to cook, youll REALLY enjoy the high ceilings and updated appliances! Theres also ample parking available which was a huge plus living in the city of Baltimore.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience renting from Tanisha. From start to finish, her communication was amazing and incredibly swift, making every step of the process seamless. She is trustworthy, transparent, and offers a beautiful, inviting space at an affordable price. This was by far my favorite rental to date, and if I ever have the opportunity to spend an extended period of time in Baltimore again, I would not hesitate to rebook, if its available. The location is perfect, close enough to the city to enjoy all that Baltimore has to offer, yet far enough to avoid overwhelming traffic and the hassle of limited street parking. We were within a 10 minute drive to popular locations like Harbor East and the Inner Harbor area, both offering plenty of shopping and attractions such as the National Aquarium and the citys sporting arenas. The balance of convenience, comfort, and charm made my stay unforgettable.

I had a great experience staying here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Tanisha was always responsive and helpful throughout my stay. She really went above and beyond to make things easy and welcoming. One thing I especially appreciated was the guidebook she put together with recommendations for nearby grocery stores, hair salons, gyms, museums, and more. It made settling in so much easier and helped me feel right at home in a new area. The location was convenient and felt safe, and everything I needed was either provided or easy to access.
