Great Unit, Great Building and Easy Owner
I stayed in this unit from late December to the middle of March. About the unit- Its a great one bedroom. Everything works the way its supposed to. The bathroom and shower are very spacious. There is a big walk in closet. The couch is comfortable and the tvs are great. The building is also wonderful. This is not a party building and people were very nice. The lounge is spacious and infrequently used. The rooftop pool has great views of the city. Despite some complaints online the elevators are fine and the valet were very nice. I haven't rented from anyone in a while, but the owner was super easy to work with. Check in and out was a breeze. There was no gotcha moments when my lease was up. I quickly received my security deposit back.
