Fantastic Getaway!

I have nothing bad to say about my duration at the Green Lake Getaway! I was there for about six months. It's a great location for walking to many of the coffee shops/restaurants/bars in the Green Lake and Greenwood neighborhoods. The trail around beautiful Green Lake is only a block away. Public transportation is also just a block away in either direction. You can travel to downtown Seattle in less than fifteen minutes. The hosts/landlords are very gracious and quick to respond to any of your questions. The apartment is spacious with a well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this gem!

I planned to come stay here for about a month and a half and ended up staying over 3 months! I loved this apartment. I love to cook and the kitchen space is fantastic. The rest of the apartment had everything I needed and was very comfy and felt like a proper home. The location is amazing-- I could walk to Green Lake every day (only 1 block away), there is a close grocery store (1 block away), and great neighborhoods to explore in walking distance. Also very convenient to get to multiple bus lines. Mary and David were fantastic hosts/landlords and very kind people. I really enjoyed getting to know them and they were very respectful of my space if I ever needed but also very responsive to any needs I had and were great neighbors, too. Highly recommended to any single person or couple needing a 1 bedroom place (though I also might come back so I am a little remiss to spread the word to others haha)
