Luxurious ADU

I had the pleasure of staying here for three months in fall of 2024. Shereen is a lovely landlord; I found her to be very thoughtful and kind. When I first moved in, I noticed she had stocked the pantry with new snacks from Trader Joes, which is conveniently down the street. The fridge was stocked with water, eggs, and a few other items I cant recall. What drew me to the property is that is fully detached and shares no walls with the main house, lending it to be quiet and serene. The unit was also immaculate. It is newly built with high end furnishings. The neighborhood is safe. Parking can be kind of challenging at times (but nowhere near as bad as San Francisco proper). I worked 12 hour shifts and by the time I would return, most spots would be taken by residents. However, Shereen would save me a parking spot in front of the house, which again speaks to her kindness. I felt very welcomed and safe, and for that I will be forever grateful to her and her family.

Best Landlord and Rental Experience Ever!

One of the best landlord and rental experiences Ive ever had. The home is beautifully decorated with stylish, new furniture and quality appliances, and everything feels thoughtfully designed and comfortable. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, and the second room is flexible as either a study or bedroom with a full-size sofa/bed. The living room has a large TV and a reclining sofa thats great for relaxing. Parking is easy with a dedicated spot. The bathroom feels luxurious with heated floors, a smart toilet that never smells, and a spacious shower with both a ceiling rain head and a handheld shower. Tall ceilings and rooftop windows bring in great natural light, and hardwood floors keep the space feeling bright and modern. There's also good storage, a private mailbox, and a lovely private outdoor space with plants, a fire feature, and hot tub access. The landlord is super nice, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!
