My landlord became my friend

I lived with Stuart for three months. We became actual friends. I cant say enough nice things about him and his home and the furnished room he rented me. Im a full time student and would share with him how school was going and days I had big tests. He genuinely seemed to care and would always ask me how I did and if I had a good day. I was glad to come home everyday there and be greeted by him. It felt like I was going home to family rather than a landlord. The property is beautiful, I had my own bathroom with a nice big shower, WiFi, and access to all the different streaming platforms. I also had a little kitchenette area in my room and he cleared out extra space in the fridge, freezer and pantry downstairs in the kitchen for my things that wouldnt fit in the mini fridge. Theres a pool out back that was just recently refurbished and its nice and quiet there. I would recommend this to any of my friends or family. Stuart is a great human being. Honest and trustworthy.

Convenient location, Large Bedroom

This is a large bedroom with all the amenities included in the bedroom, comparable to a college dorm room. It comes with access to a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and access to a pool and grill in the backyard. The landlord is very accommodating and trustworthy. Very responsive to anything that is needed. I would highly recommend this property to any short term renters.

Great Room and Great Landlord

Stayed here for 9 months and had a great experience. The room is quite large and accommodating for you and all your things. Nice pool out back along with access to a full kitchen. Bathroom is nice with a walk in shower. Landlord is very responsive and helpful with all of your needs. Great place to stay!!
