Mine Ridge Guesthouse

Highly recommend this peaceful haven!

My sister and I were so pleased to find this house to stay in together while we worked on a film for a few months in Lancaster County! Another friend (also working the film) joined us as a roommate for a portion of the time, and loved her stay as well. The bedrooms and living spaces were spacious and comfortable, the sweet kitchen well set up for use, full laundry capabilities in unit, and ample off street parking--which was perfect for us as we needed to come and go at odd hours due to the long work days (and sometimes night shifts). The entire house was tastefully decorated and had so many thoughtful touches to add restful charm and increase functionality (like a generous number of throw blankets available, and full length mirrors placed in each bedroom). The location of the home itself is beautifully situated near Gap if you need close stores, and not too far from Strasburg and Lancaster for more options and attractions (don't forget to check out Sight&Sound Theatre while in the area!). We were also thrilled to get quality local dairy products from a farm less than 2 minutes from us. Lavina was always SO amazing about prompt communication and very gracious in all our interactions! She went out of her way multiple times to make sure that our needs were met, and our stay going well. I couldn't have asked for a better host! If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely be looking for available dates here again. :)
