I rented this house for two months while getting a feel for Lexington and the neighborhood, and it was a wonderful experience. The house was extremely cozy and very easy to live in, which made settling in right away feel natural and comfortable. One of the highlights was the large backyard, which was perfect for my dogs to run around when the weather prevented regular walks to the nearby park. The house is located on a very quiet street, which made it peaceful both during the day and at night. At the same time, it was incredibly convenient to get around the entire city. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and getting from place to place was simple and stress free. Overall, this was the ideal short term rental and a great home base for exploring the city. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located, and welcoming place to stay.

I was able to stay here with my pups during a travel assignment at the University of Kentucky. It was within close proximity to the hospital and the neighborhood felt safe. The landlord was very responsive if I needed anything from her. I would definitely recommend.
