I lived here with Jason for 9 months. He was always so kind and welcoming- never made you feel like a stranger in his home. Hes very clean and respectful. Great roommate. The house is in such an amazing location- walking distance to all the fun in OB. 5 STARS!

Beautiful place!
I stayed here as a travel nurse for 6 months with my dog and its a gem in Ocean Beach! Jason is a very clean, quiet, laid back, and kind roommate with tons of local recs. Blackout curtains were awesome for night shift and the occasional plane noise didnt bother me. The house is brand new and the private bedroom/bathroom and both patios were super peaceful. I loved cooking in the updated kitchen. Very safe neighborhood and a close walk to downtown OB shops, the farmers market, and the beach! Also a huge perk that Jason loved my dog dude Ozzy!
