Perfect fit for a month-long Bmore sojourne

This apt was a hidden gem for short-term rental. Newly refinished with ample storage space and enough space for two people to live/remote-work comfortably. The kitchen is small, but had everything we needed. Air-conditioning works very well. The apt feels safe from break-ins even though there are no bars, as it's essentially on the 1.5 floor and the basement apt on the back side makes it difficult to reach the windows. Charles North is central/well-connected, but has problems that a lot of Baltimore has, e.g. homelessness/urban blight. At the same time, people are friendly, diverse (racially/queer-friendly), and location makes it easy to meet up with friends in Charles Village, Stn. North, and Mt. Vernon. Parking situation was easy (20th St). We enjoyed walking to nearby Calvert St Green, sitting on the stoop, biking to nearby Jones Falls. Ikenna was a great landlord--quickly responded to issues (e.g. leaky window during a summer downpour) and made the process easy and contact-less.
