Functional and responsive
The apartment is very well maintained by the landlords. The neighborhood is fantastic and subway connectivity is excellent. The in unit laundry is a big plus and it comes fully furnished with great amenities. The landlords are super responsive and the apartment is very functional.

Amazing stay!
My stay with Carlos and Christina was wonderful! I definitely recommend it to everyone I had such a great time here. The accommodation is just a short walk from the J and M trains, so you can get to Manhattan in no time. Everything matched the description and photos perfectly, the place was spotless, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Id love to come back someday!

Wonderful stay!
I spend the summer interning in manhattan, and this was a great location to do so. Carlos and Christine were the perfect hosts. Everything was clean, accessible and efficient. Christine was always a text message away, and would go out of her way to make sure that I had an incredible stay. There's an in unit washer and dryer which is so convenient for any working professional. I genuinely enjoyed my stay!

Great Stay
I had nothing short of an amazing stay! Carlos and Christine were very welcoming and ensured I had a comfortable stay. Any concerns were addressed same day if not next. Everything was very clean, exactly how it was described online. It is conveniently located near subway stations, bus stops, a library and much more. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!
I loved my stay here! I stayed in Bedroom 3 and it was exactly as pictured, as was the rest of the unit. I had two great roommates, but I still felt like I had space and privacy when needed. Carlos and Christine were very friendly and accommodating. It was easy to reach them if there was a problem, and they were always prompt with their replies and handling the issue (not that there were many). Also, the location was great. The apartment is so close to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, the train, and multiple bus stops. It was a 20 min walk from the hospital I worked at as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place to stay. If I'm ever back in this area, I would absolutely stay again!

Comfortable and peaceful stay
I had a very peaceful and comfortable stay! Christine and Carlos are very kind, accommodating and made every effort to provide tenants with everything they need during their stay: from kitchen basics to toiletries and more! As a single female who travels often for work this has been one of safest places to be and I will definitely consider coming back!

Wonderful Location and Comfortable!
I had an absolutely lovely stay. Christine is so kind and great at communicating! Her husband, Carlos is welcoming and kind as well. They both made sure myself and the other two tenants who were there with me during my stay were doing well and would check in if we needed anything. The bed was comfortable and between the closet and drawers plus storage under the bed plenty of space for my things! Kitchen and bathroom has everything you need. Also the location is so ideal, youre right by the station to get into manhattan or else where. Being a young female traveling alone I felt safe in the area as well! If Im back in the city Ill for sure be wanting to come back :)
