Great bang for your buck

This place is exactly as pictured! I stayed for about 3 months. The landlords were super nice and accommodating. The place was small and comfy, perfect for a 1 person stay. I even got eggs from the chickens out back as a welcome gift! Nice and safe neighborhood and I felt comfortable going on evening runs. Only cons was dusty air vents when I moved in, but landlords replaced upon request. There is no washer and dryer in the unit, although landlords will sometimes let you use theirs in the garage. There is a laundry mat 5 min from the unit, which came in handy. Overall, I had a great stay!

Jeancarlo and his wife were very hospitable! This is a very cute apartment located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. I went for many afternoon walks. I was their first renter and they were always checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone in the Orlando/Kissimmee area!
