Furnished English Basement Apartment in Church Hill

Loved this stay!

Definitely recommend this place! I stayed for 6 months and didn't have any issues at all. This was the cutest basement apartment with everything you could need. The landlords are so kind and helpful. This unit was very spacious and perfectly clean. Beautifully decorated. Very cozy. I also loved the location as it's next to a park where you can go on walks or easily be outside. Highly recommend!

Basement Apartment

I cant say enough good things about this apartment and neighborhood. I stayed here for 6 months. This apartment had everything I needed, it was very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. There are several nice restaurants and a wine shop within walking distance. The park across the street is great for running or just relaxing. Allie and Adam were amazing hosts. They were available and resolved any issues in a timely manner. Allie was very helpful with suggestions regarding activities around town. This place was a home away from home. I highly recommend it, and would definitely stay again.

I was in Richmond for 5 months on a travel nurse contract and had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was very spacious and clean, the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space for clothes, and the kitchen had everything you need. I loved the neighborhood! It was very walkable and full of incredible food spots. Allie and Adam were wonderful hostsfriendly, responsive, and truly hospitable throughout my stay. Any (minor) issues I had, they were very quick to respond and resolve whatever was going on. Id absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Basement Apartment Across from park!

I stayed here during a three month travel nursing contract, working nights, and this apartment was one of the highlights of my time in Richmond! The apartment is spacious and neatly decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked for those that enjoy cooking! I had no issues sleeping during the day, using a sound machine and adding some blackout curtains as I tend to be a pretty light sleeper. The in-unit washer and dryer is an added bonus. There is ample street parking close to the apartment and plenty of options for running and walking nearby. There are also delicious neighborhood restaurants within walking distance (or a very short drive). Allie and her family are lovely and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible, were very quick to respond to any issues and additional requests, and were an awesome resource for exploring Richmond with plenty of recommendations and local insights!
