Fantastic Rental and Experience

This rental is awesome and located in a very quiet and one of the safest neighborhoods in Anchorage. The owner, Kenny, was awesome to work with. He was very attentive and responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. You can tell he takes pride in providing a great experience for his guests. We rented this as a long term rental for my wifes job as a travel therapist. I work remotely and the second bedroom made for a great office space for me. Internet speeds were great and the entire complex is very quiet. The apartment itself has all the amenities you could want or need: fireplace, comfortable beds, smart tv in each room, kitchen aid, instant pot, cutlery and dishes, comfortable couches, and a nice balcony + more. Its located 2 blocks from Carrs and a few minutes drive to Fred Meyer. Its also very close to all the major roadways that take you anywhere in the city and state. Additionally, it is only 8 minutes from the airport. I would recommend this to anyone moving to Anchorage looking for a quiet, safe place to live that is still close to everything you would need.
