The best part of this apartment is where it is located. Mature neighborhood, surrounded by trees and plants. It is a 4-plex with only three other tenants. It is quiet and safe. There are washer/Dryer facilities on sight, it is at the south end of the 4-plex and they are free of charge to use, but are used by all tenants.
The windows have shutters and there are shades provided to block sun on the western side of building.
This is a quiet area and 5 minutes from downtown restaurants and cultural venues. It is 20 minutes to Tempe, Scottsdale, Glendale and Paradise Valley, you have access to all major highways.

We had an amazing two-month stay at this rental in Phoenix! The hosts were incrediblerespectful, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. The unit itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we could possibly need for a long stay. From the thoughtful amenities to the overall cozy atmosphere, it truly felt like a home away from home. The neighbors were also very nice and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe on my daily walks. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay!
Booked this unit for a month and it was perfect. The unit is located in a quiet central phoenix neighborhood with easy access to freeways and downtown that I found this quite convenient. The landlords are very friendly and located nearby. I would rent this unit again and recommend it for anyone looking for a place in phoenix
I had the opportunity to rent at this location. I found it to be quiet, comfortable and very convenient for my commute. It was airy, modern and fit the needs of myself and family during this time. I would highly recommend this location. The owners of the property were friendly, available and added a sense of security.

Myself and my husband are retired civil servants. My husband was a captain on a ladder truck for the city of Phoenix fire department and I was a kindergarten teacher in PVUSD. We have had this property for 15 years and have tenants who are well established. We live across the street from this property, which helps if anything happens you get immediate response. We have lived in this neighborhood for 35 years.
