Cute House in a Great Location

This property is perfect! Cute house with everything that you need for your stay. The location of this property is close to everything...restaurants, grocery stores, the mall, Wake Forest Baptist, etc. The landlord is great! Great communication and always available if you need anything. I highly recommend this property.

Great rental, great location

This rental is charming, cozy, and in a fantastic location! We really enjoyed our stay- walking friendly neighborhood, thoughtfully furnished unit, and close to everything. And to top it all off, our landlord was very helpful! Keep in mind, there is no dishwasher and the closets are pretty small (but there is a big dresser). Additionally, we had to keep a dehumidifier running during warmer months (80+% humidity without one) - the landlord promptly provided one when we inquired. It was plenty comfortable after getting the dehumidifier, just had to empty it a few times a day during the warmer months. All in all, a great rental in a great location!
