Beautiful space in Quiet and safe community.

This place was an incredible find and Unique is amazing, sweet and very responsive. This place checks all the boxes for Travelers, lots of space, W&D, Dog friendly, quiet, and I felt safe. The complex has tennis and basketball courts, a large swimming pool, a two care garage. It was priced very reasonably, you will not find anything like it for this price. I am grateful to have found this place and Unique, this young lady is wise beyond her years. You can't go wrong here. I would highly recommend!!

This stunning two-story condo offers tasteful furnishings and top-notch amenities. The kitchen is a joy to cook in, featuring granite countertops, a rapid-boil stove, and a spacious pantry for easy meal planning. The primary suite is a sanctuary with a walk-in closet, ensuite with dual sinks, and a balcony boasting gorgeous city views. Downstairs, two cozy bedrooms and a spacious bath with a deep soaking tub make for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy ROKU in every room, ample parking, and a back patio for outdoor comfort. The HOA covers major maintenance, and an alarm system with rewind features ensures safety. Conveniently located near bus routes, shopping, and dining. Plus, the beautiful Peruvian cactus adds curb appeal! We stayed over eight monthsit truly felt like home. Unique is an exceptional landlord, always responsive and a delight to work with. Highly recommended!
