Highly recommend

I stayed here for one full year in the luxe queen suite with a shared kitchen and bathroom, and it was a really great experience during my time as a medical student. The Koreatown location was very convenient and ideal for my hospital rotations. The house is quiet, clean, and well maintained, which made it easy to study and rest after long days. The roommates were respectful, and the shared spaces were always kept clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, which made daily living very convenient. Carlos and Rosy were kind, welcoming, and responsive throughout my stay. From the beginning, the place felt comfortable and home-like, not just a rental. I truly appreciated how smooth and pleasant my time here was. I’m grateful for my experience here and would highly recommend this home to traveling professionals, especially medical students or healthcare workers, who are looking for a peaceful, clean, and genuinely welcoming place to live.

The shared spaces are fantastic a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a comfy living room perfect for relaxing. My private room and bathroom were a great size, offering comfort and privacy. Weekly cleaning was a huge plus and kept everything spotless. The location is quiet, safe, and just a short walk from bus stops, which made getting around easy. What truly made the stay special were the hosts, Carlos and Rosie. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive always ready to assist and make you feel at home. Their warm, genuine care made a real difference. Overall, my stay was pleasant, comfortable, and fun. It felt like home, not just a rental. Koreatown

Carlos and I made an agreement months ago, and I paid a deposit. However, a week before my move-in date, he informed me that he had a different room for me, which was more expensive and required sharing a bathroom with two other people. This change was not in the original contract, and it caused a lot of stress as I had to find another place within a week. Although he claimed he was going through a lot and made a mistake, his tone became aggressive toward the end. I would not recommend staying here.
