Medford Stay
Great place to stay while in Medford! I am a traveling medical student and Emmanuel's place was very close to both Asante and Providence (about 10 minutes to either) and most importantly to Trader Joes (about 15/20ish minutes away). I rented the smaller room, which was a good size for me as a student. There was a TV in the room as well as a dresser and closet space.The price was great for the room I was renting. The shared spaces were cozy and inviting. Emmanuel was very accommodating, professional, communication-forward, and respectful. He made sure to check in with me from time-to-time to see if there was anything I needed to make my stay better. Overall, great space with great people!

Safe, quiet and convenient home!
Hi my name is Heather. My stay at this home was clean,quiet and safe. The neighborhood was friendly with one neighbor who would bring everyones mail over. Getting to work was a breeze with RRMC being 5 minutes away and Providence just 4. Emmanuel a very well respected landlord and community partner. I met a few of his friends who are also members of the educational community and other organizations. Emmanuel was considerate of my privacy and communicated any changes, as necessary. Him and his girlfriend were kind and helpful when I was sick one weekend, really making this stay feel like home. I would highly recommend renting a room at this home.

Dont Pass This HOME AWAY FROM HOME
I chose Emanuells home initially after getting out of a not so good residence and his home is close to the hospital I was on assignment. I have a dog and was delighted to hear she was welcome to join his dog! The owner is EXTREMELY accommodating and is very approachable with any questions or needs. His home is exactly what I was needing in that I worked long hours and was able to come home and just relax as the atmosphere he has helped to build is tranquil. His outdoor space is very quite and secluded with lush grass and trees that amazingly has stayed green even with the heat. Along with a covered gazebo with seating and fire pit he was just finishing with a covered hot tub. If you want a simple , pleasant, easy to live in a home away from home this should be your first choice Although the highest rating available to me is a 5, I give his home an 8!!!!
