Excellent rental

Excellent accommodation, quiet/safe neighborhood, exceptional location! Private entrance to well-appointed split level/basement apartment. The owners are respectful and friendly, they are quick to resolve any issues. If you have the chance to stay here take it, I highly recommend this home!

Very comfortable and clean stay!

My stay here was very comfortable and amazing. The rental is very much like having your own condo, the master bedroom is very spacious as is the living room and the shower! Also, a huge plus for the washer & dryer! The owner really thought of everything and provided all essentials and then some. The family is so very friendly and just the kindest people you could ever meet! They're very friendly and welcoming, but respect your privacy as well! I've been on the road for a while now and this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable places I've stayed in. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and hope my travels take me back some day. Also, location is great as it's very easy to get anywhere you need to go!!

Large suburban property rental located in a safe and quiet residential area in S/E Charlotte with lovely property owners

Large suburban property rental located in a safe and quiet residential area in S/E Charlotte, about 1/2 hour drive to Atrium Pineville hospital. Unfortunately unable to complete my RN contract due to health reasons, I stayed here from end of July to the first week in August. Property owners are very kind, offered to assist me to move in and general advice on navigating the local area. Property is a spacious bottom floor of a large home. Charlotte is hot and humid in August but the AC worked well and never had a problem sleeping or getting too hot. This is a large space with living room and dining room, washer and dryer were great to have, bathroom was clean and spacious with a large shower and Master bedroom with a king sized bed was very comfortable with plenty of closet space. The only downside was the kitchen had limited counter and food prep space but most meals were eaten take away anyway. Would highly recommend and lovely property owners, sorry could not stay longer.
