Moved to Jax for 8 Months
In January of 2024 I got placed on a temporary assignment for work in Jacksonville. After a long look around the city, I finally found Paris and his property. I could not be happier with my experience here. Paris was very understanding of my situation and flexible with me. The location of the property is very convenient and anything you need is a quick car ride away. The pricing is very fair and easily lumped into one flat rate. Paris was a pleasure to live with and I consider him one of my good friends now. I highly recommend renting from Paris and encourage you to do so quickly. From experience, it is hard to find such a great living situation.
