Wonderful Stay
I spent nearly two years living in this wonderful home, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From day one, Chantal made me feel completely at home. The house is consistently clean, organized, and very well-maintained. Chantal is an incredibly conscientious host who truly cares about her tenants. She checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed and was lightning-fast at resolving any issues that arose. If I ever find myself needing a place in Arlington again, this would be my first choice. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you Chantal

Great Experience
I stayed here for 10 months and it was my best experience renting. Chantal was very responsive to any issues I had. The place was always clean, quiet, and exactly what I needed for my time in Arlington. It's very close to multiple grocery stores, gas stations, and the entertainment district. It is uncommon, but Chantal is one of the great landlords that only wants the best for her tenants.

Quiet and close to what you need
A beautiful little home well maintained, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Streets are not busy so great for jogging. Within walking distance of groceries and a few restaurants. And within a few minute's drive of all Arlington has to offer. Landlord is friendly an responsive.
