Don't do it

I was told by owner Adam I couldn't move in to the unit on time because the person before me trashed it and he needed to have it cleaned. When I arrived a week later it was filthy . I sent pics to Adam who said he would send cleaners again or reimburse me for cleaning it myself. He never did. There were bugs everywhere. Ants , spiders , weird gnats that would get in fridge and freezer ( tons of them every day ), I was locked out because never given a key and Adam said I would be reimbursed for a locksmith bc he couldn't get a hold of manager to let me in. I paid around 250 for a locksmith who had to break the lock. I was never reimbursed. I had a realtor try to barge In one day and said my door code out loud on speaker phone so whoever she was showing the wrong unit to had my door code. The place is in a very sketch part of town. The end unit had boarded up windows. I never got my deposit back. Just don't do it !

Avoid this place at all costs. In 6 months, my toilet broke 4 times2 caused major leaks. A plumber said the clogs were from years of hair buildup. WiFi drops every 2 weeks. Ive had 3 stolen packages, damaged mail, and someone threw something at my window. My car was vandalized and almost stolen. The unit next door is a drug den, attracting sketchy people and crime. The area is full of transients and addicts. The owners overcharge while ignoring repairscracked doors, chipped paint, broken ventsthey just do cheap patch jobs. They live in Texas and barely respond to maintenance requests. It takes days to hear back unless they want something from you. Dont trust the fake positive reviews. This place is mismanaged and unsafe. Theyll pressure you into signing just to profit off the overpriced rent for these six run-down units. Stay away.

This place worked perfectly for us! Clean, neat and convenient for everything we needed. Rates are reasonable, landlord responsive and professional. Cant go wrong staying here.

Was here for work for the end of the year and stayed here for 3 months. Perfect fit for me! Great location and apartment. Definitely recommended for anyone who is looking for a short term lease

Perfect for Traveling Nurses

This property had everything I needed for my stay. It was fully furnished, a big TV, and all the dishes and cookware, it even had a Keurig;) It made my stay so easy. The owners are awesome, very approachable and accommodating. I would recommend staying here. And if I'm back in Dayton, I know I have a good place to go to.

Amazing, clean and good location

This was a great experience! He came fully furnished with a TV, kitchen equipment, bed and everything else I needed for my stay. Very happy with the owners and clean property! Will def be back when im in town!!
