Prefect for short or long term stay

Great property for small families or one. Beautiful finishes. Plenty of space to relax. Gas stove which is always a bonus. Enough room to park three vehicles off street. Marcia was helpful and responsive when I reached out to her. If I need a short-term rental I would reach out to her again.

Great host/location

Pros: Marcia is a great host. Clear communication and works hard to make sure all is a good fit for everyone. As a female solo traveler with a dog, I felt safe in this location. A park was super close and so many great spots to eat. The layout of the place is good and cute. You have everything you need for a long term stay! Cons: I'm a remote worker, so I'm at home all the time compared to others. This is in a basement and the lack of natural lighting was really hard for me. We could also hear alot going on upstairs which set my dog off alot. However the neighbors upstairs were super sweet and tried to help make it all work. But unfortunately it just wasn't a good fit for us. Marcia was accommodating and understanding, she gave me a refund which I was very grateful for so I could find a new location. She truly wants it to be a good fit for everyone. I do recommend this place if you are cool being in a basement. You'll be with great people, in a good lil neighborhood.
