Cozy Home Close to River

Great Location

I stayed here here for 2 ½ months over the summer, and I had a lovely time. The space was just as described, and the room I stayed in was spacious and had great natural light. The fully stocked kitchen and on-site laundry was very convenient, and I enjoyed eating dinner on the front lawn furniture every evening. The house is near the Centennial trail along the river, and I enjoyed taking walks almost every day. The house is also within walking distance to downtown, and I could get to the mall, post office, and movie theater in half an hour on foot. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing and comfy

I enjoyed my stay at this home. It was beautiful inside and out peaceful neighborhood and the landlord and person overseeing the property were amazing. They were very friendly and accommodating. I had my privacy and most of the time it was as if I was in that big house by myself. All in all I would definitely recommend and would absolutely rent again if Im ever back in Spokane on assignment

Great Place

I highly recommend this place. Their customer service is second to none.The place is clean and very welcoming and has up to date appliances. The quality of the place is outstanding, exceeded my expectations. I would stay and I always tell coworkers about this place. I am very ecstatic with my stay here. I have a 2yr contract, I will be renewing my room every 3 mos. I am downtown close to the Riverwalk, and all of the tourist scenery. It's quiet and not a lot of homeless people hanging out at all.

Caution

Just want you all to be aware- they will take your security deposit and ghost you. My assignment fell through a few days after I paid the deposit but had not moved in. I had not signed the lease, and there was nothing in the ad stating that the security deposit was a non-refundable holding fee. They did not give me the courtesy of even responding to let me know I could not get my money back. A shame, the place looked cute.
