Great Place and Attentive Landlord

Stayed here for an internship with three other interns and was a great experience. The house is very spacious and the rooms and kitchen come equipped with everything that you might need. We had a big issue with the old fridge and the landlord responded immediately and replaced it within a day. All the amenities are modern and new and there's a full AC heating system with a programmable schedule. It's close by to downtown burien which is a cute old town to go eat and explore. The drives to work in Kent, to Seattle for tourism, and to the mountains in the east for adventure were all great with little issues.

Great house

We stayed in Elizabeth's house for 2 months while we relocated to Seattle. Elizabeth was very responsive whenever we had a question or issue. The house was great and clean with everything required for feeling at home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed to cook any meal. Each room had plenty of towels and pillows. The A/C worked fabulous when outside temps were in the 80's. I'd stay here again anytime!

Great stay!

This property was super nice and clean. Elizabeth was awesome too, she even dropped off some basil, figs, and rosemary from her garden for us! The location is great too, very convenient. The road can get a little noisy, but overall amazing place to stay!
