Fantastic Place for short term rental!

I had an awesome stay here at this property. It has easy access onto nearby freeway. The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. No unwanted surprises there. The landlord was on the premises, however, I didn't see her very often. When she happened to be on the ground's common area,, she was very pleasant and friendly. She was very accommodating and helpful. Myself and my partner felt very safe there and welcome. On one evening, she happened to be bbqing in the common area, and graciously invited us to eat. This was an experience I had never had before. I highly recommend this apartment. After reading the negative review, I felt compelled to write and give my very opposite experience, as I had just been there a few weeks before and didn't have any issues as stated by the other reviewer, during my stay.

So I had the flexibility of staying there briefly starting on 06/04/24. Im Josh Mc Caffery from Las Vegas and was lucky to stay in such a clean place. I had a family member going through treatment at USC-Keck and it was so comfortable be at this place. When you have care about someone else on your plate the last thing you about is you. This place gave me that. Thank god for a short rental!

Do not rent here!!! Worst experience. Landlord is unreasonable/ irrational toward simple solutions. She lives on property and hoovers over your every move. There are cameras at your front door. She claims the garden area is for tenets but is constantly there (its also located right at your front door). She also parks her car in the tenet areas. No privacy at all. When arriving to the unit she was in the unit and stayed there as I moved in my personal belongings. She mentioned she has no renting experience and it shows. She will not ask but demand to enter your apartment without sufficient notice and even request to handle your pets. The garden area reeks of cat urine and feces and is infested with flies. She claims that the cats are not hers and has no control over the situation. After about 2 weeks she irrationally requested that I move out. I later saw the unit for rent for $300 more than the original price. There were occurrences of roaches. Homeless people roam the area.
