DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!THEY WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT WHEN THE LEASE ENDS AND BLOCK YOUR CALLS/TEXTS!!!!! STARTED OFF GREAT AND WAS ENDING GREAT DID A WALK THROUGH AND WAS TOLD ALL WAS WELL AND THAT ID GET MY DEPOSIT BACK THEN NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL TRIED TO REACH OUT TO FIND OUT IM BLOCKED! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY!

The tenant's comments are not factual, the security deposit was returned less a small deduction for damages & a cleaning fee. The balance of the deposit was returned 5 days after the lease term ended. The tenant's calls/texts were never blocked. We take pride in our units and strive to make each tenant's stay comfortable and only ask that tenants return the unit as they received it, clean and orderly.
