The apartment is newly remoded and adorable. it is spacious and of nautical design. The kitchen is retro 50's decor. There is a lovely backyard. The property is on a dead end street. It is a very quiet street. The beach is 600 yards away. There are many sidewalks near by and the town is 3/4 of a mile away.

This is a very quiet street. It is a dead end one as well. In the summer it is busy. Throughout the year is it one of the best areas to be in OOB! If you see it, you will love it!

Very Beachy
C has talent for decorating! This apt is adorable! Even though it's on the smaller side, the space is used really well with plenty of comfortable seating and beds. Very short walk to the beach was also a huge plus. Easy walk to the pier, but the little bit of distance made it peaceful. So if you're looking for quiet, with a short walk to the center of OOB, this apt is perfect! C was quick to help with any questions and has great knowledge of the area. I already miss being there, and hope it's available next time I visit. Highly recommend!
