Aventura Studio Apartment

This was a great apartment for what I needed and I stayed here for a year. The neighborhood was very safe and convenient with quick access to the Aventura Mall and North Miami Beaches. The apartment has a private side entrance with a designated parking spot. Juan and his family knew that sleep was an important requirement for my job, and they were very quiet, courteous, and respectful of that need. The studio apartment has everything you need with enough space for most anything an individual would want to include a wall-mounted TV, your own personal high speed Wifi (very fast), a kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, closet, bathroom, and a personal heat and air unit that I was able to control with an app on my phone. This apartment has a very welcoming and modern feel to it, and I really enjoyed my time there. Thank you Juan for making me feel like family while allowing me to have my privacy.

The apartment is nice and provides a large amount of space. I was able to store my bike inside the unit while still having space to complete home workouts. Mr J and his family were very nice and welcoming and provided me with assistance when needed. There is access to free parking and laundry which is a huge plus. The neighborhood is also very safe and located close to publix, target, Aventura mall for shopping , beaches etc. The apartment comes with basic kitchen items and there is a microwave and one stove top burner (no oven) and a mini refrigerator. There is a small frying pan and pot provided so there is no need to bring your own. The stove top will only work with their specific pans. The bed wasn't very comfortable for me because it was very firm but I was able to purchase a topper to add more cushion to it. Overall this is a nice place. I would stay here again and recommend to fellow travel professionals.
