A Comfortable Stay in a Fantastic South Pearl Street Location

I thoroughly enjoyed my six-month stay at Casey's property. The one-bedroom apartment is comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, with a private entrance, a well-stocked kitchen, and the added convenience of an included cleaning service. The location is hard to beat just two blocks from the lively South Pearl Street neighborhood, with its terrific restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and eclectic stores. Having so many great places within easy walking distance was one of the highlights of my stay. Casey is an excellent landlord - friendly, helpful, and consistently responsive whenever I had a question or needed anything. He made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Denver, particularly for an extended visit. I would happily stay here again!

I had the pleasure of living in this space for a little over a year as a travel nurse! Casey and Debbie were wonderful host! The space is pretty big with high ceilings. Has a full kitchen that you can basically cooking anything! Has a new fridge and is super accessible to Wash Park and Pearl street! Super nice too that there's a designated parking space so I never had to find street parking. Anytime I had a problem Casey was quick to respond and would take care of my needs swiftly. Overall I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for a nice place to stay live in near Wash Park and Pearl street!
