Hidden Gem!

Tommy and Phuong were wonderful hosts! (Thank you so much!!) Their communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, just enough to make sure everything went smoothly. I spent a lot of time working from home and the internet was always reliable. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, spices, and silverware, making it easy to cook at home. The house is in a great location, just minutes from Red Rock Canyon, Downtown Summerlin, coffee shops, and more. The highways are super close when you want to take a road trip, head to the Strip, or explore the many sites around town. Staying local was always enjoyable, with plenty to do within 510 minutes of the house. The neighborhood felt safe day or night, and the neighbors were very welcoming. Thanks again!!

wonderful place to stay in a great area

We stayed here for just over 3 months (would have been longer but left the state unexpectedly) We had a wonderful stay with our family here. Tommy and Phuong were kind, professional, and communicative. We had no issues and would consider staying here again if we are back in the area. The furnishings were comfortable and in great shape. The home was clean with basics provided to start. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with security patrol. neighbors were kind. Nice part of town with easy access to anywhere. Would recommend to anyone needing a beautiful comfortable home. We enjoyed our time here and our girls were sad to leave. We especially loved walking to the pond and feeding the ducks-made us feel less desert living. Thank you again Phuong for opening your home to us, we are disappointed we couldn't stay for as long as we originally planned.
