Grateful for the experience!

I unfortunately had a quick deadline to move from where I had been living for almost 20 years and I found this property (and it found me!). The apartment was clean, so well decorated and had creative use of space that made it feel like it wasn't a studio apartment. The neighborhood has a laundromat, supermarket and multiple food options nearby. Michelle was so friendly, hospitable, professional and knowledgeable. Other reviews mention how great of a communicator she is and I agree 100%. While I mainly communicated with Michelle, my experiences with Peter were also positives ones! They made a tough move become easier and I recommend this apartment if you are looking for one.

This home is conveniently located, quiet, safe, and clean. The owners are pleasant and very responsive. The studio is newly up-to-date located in the lower level. No laundry use on site, but theres a laundromat located within a 5-7 minute walk from the house. Id recommend choosing this location for your boarding needs, as I enjoyed staying here for the total duration of 6 months.

Amazing studio

We were initially in an apartment transition when we met Michelle and Peter, they were diligent from the beginning and scheduled a call the same evening then toured us the next day where we closed the apartment. The studio was great, both my wife and I enjoyed our time here, it's modern, quiet and the neighbourhood is very safe. There is usually parking available on Ave L opposite the apartment and the bus stop is just at the corner that has express stops to the city and there are shopping outlets within walking distance like kings plaza, Foodway, Taco Bell and a really good Chinese restaurant along with others right next to each other, all to say it's located conveniently nearby to places we would often visit. All in all, we are very appreciative for the opportunity to have stayed here, it was home and holds a special place for us where we created great memories. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a furnished place. Thanks for hosting us

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

I absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment was beautifully set up, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet super convenient with express buses just a short walk away, making it easy to get into the city. Michelle was amazing, always providing clear and timely communication. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again for future New York assignments.
