4 out of 5 only because this Furnished Finder did not have a dryer. (It did have a washer set-up, and a drying rack.) Preparing and storing food would have been easier if there were an extra set of cabinets. Otherwise, this place was very comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Spacious. Separate entrance with private patio. Clean. Very satisfied to find a pet friendly rental. Owner lives upstairs and has a dog. Some noise could be heard, but it was reasonable, and not at unexpected hours. Owner was prompt to reply whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The neighborhood is nice for walking. Downtown U of DE shops and restaurants are close by. This space could easily accommodate a couple. My adult children were able to visit overnight and stay on the sofa bed. Linens and pillows were supplied for both beds. It was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this property for any traveling professional.
