We have a separate office adjacent to the dining room which contains a desk and a couch that pulls out to a queen-sized bed (so can be used as a 3rd bedroom if necessary). Washer/Dryer are downstairs in basement. Brookline does not allow overnight street parking, so we provide parking for 2 cars in the driveway (one spot is in the carport, and the second car can park tandem behind the one in the carport).

Cannot find anything better
This is an absolutely perfect place. The location is wonderful - so easy to get to Coolidge and Washington, and right on the green line. The apartment is absolutely stunning, and feels brand new and perfectly decorated. Marc is an incredible landlord - extremely quick to respond for anything. Truly can't recommend this place enough, it is utterly perfect
Terrific Home in Great Location!
I can't say enough good things about our stay in Brookline in this modern, well-appointed, ground floor home. The location: right off Washington Square, a short walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and bakeries, and less than 3 minutes of brisk walking to the Green Line C branch at Fairbanks St or Brandon Hall. The 65 bus stop is across the street - which we took to the library, to Fenway Park, and the Longwood Medical district. Want to go for a run? The Chestnut Hill Reservation is nearby, with a cinder track around the water. The house: two VERY comfortable beds with good back support. Spacious closets and dressers so you can really move in. The sunroom works great as a Zoom Room/home office. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, and the shower feels like you're in a luxury hotel. Finally, and most importantly - Marc was a gracious, communicative and responsive host - the one or two kitchen items that were missing were delivered in 1-2 days. We would DEFINITELY return!
