Clean, comfortable, & Great Host

Terrence was great! Very respectful and responsive to all inquiries. I really liked that he always made everyone aware of when he'd need to come to the property and for what reason, instead of just showing up, even if it's just needing to do things outside. The room was super clean and comfortable. There's hypoallergenic mattress and pillow protectors that gave it an extra sense of cleanliness. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for also providing such a warm, welcoming, and safe space for us travelers!

Terrance was very nice, took care of any issues I had, great on communication. The house is really nice, clean, and quiet. close to downtown and most hospitals! Great location and stay!

Love it!

Terrance is a very nice guy and his home is very nice and spacious as well. The room is very large for the size and price. The area is very close to the interstate and takes about 15 minutes to get downtown which is great. Its near almost every hospital in Nashville. 10/10!

Absolutely beautiful property. Enjoyed my entire stay. The landlord was always available to deal with any minor issue and it was promptly handled. I would definitely give this property 5 stars!

Amazing location / updated / spacious / clean

The location is private , close to the interstate , very clean, beautifully updated and the renters are kind and great to work with. I would recommend this location because it is close to north Nashville and downtown.
