Cozy cottage is just a short walk to the beach and a 5-minute drive to North Oceanside. The house is designed to accommodate 2-3 people, and pets are welcome. WiFi and utilities are included. Our backyard has a large, covered patio deck and a grass area great for pets . Additionally, we have a small storage unit to assist with any overflow.

Wonderful stay in beautiful beach bungalow!
This was the perfect home away from home while working as a travel nurse at Palomar hospital! Offering private front patio to have my morning coffee, a lush backyard filled with fruit trees for my dog to run around and play, this well stocked and organized Spanish style beach bungalow was move in ready making it seamlessly easy to feel right at home. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area!!!

Welcoming Hosts!
Nicolle and Frank made us -- as well as our dogs -- feel so very welcome. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and always made themselves available in case we had any questions. The ADU's location is fabulous. We enjoyed walking the dogs through the charming neighborhood of historic homes and checking out the new shops, restaurants and hotels in downtown Oceanside. Our bed was super comfortable; the kitchen offered full-size appliances; and a washer-dryer combo was in our unit. We were happy campers. A huge "Thank you" to our consummate hosts!

SoCal Charm!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here! The home is in an excellent location - walkable to gyms, coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach!! Frank and Nicolle have done a great job making the studio feel spacious and are the most gracious hosts. They give you your space but are also very cool and fun to chat with if they happen to be around. We loved making friends with their adorable puppies and would have been eager to stay longer if my job allowed! Absolutely recommend!

Very positive experience!
We stayed in the cozy ADU for the month of August and had a wonderful experience. The Hosts are amazing and extremely helpful with anything we needed or any questions we had. For a studio, it is spacious and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed, WiFi, TV with all the streaming services and a relaxing front and back porch. The location is excellent in a quiet and safe neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Spot!
I stayed in the space for just over two months. The hosts were incredibly responsive to any needs and very friendly. The space is a short walk to beach and a bunch of great restaurants. And the interior was spacious and well designed.
